The Staff of WMA

Jim Nipp is our Director He was a former student of Gulf Coast Bible College in Houston, Texas and Indiana University.  He has taken additional classes at Mid-America Christian Univeristy in Oklahoma, (formerly GBC College) Jim has spent a life time serving in short term and long term missionary projects and visiting mission stations.  These have included Mexico, The Bahamas, Belize, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Tanzania Africa,. Zimbabwe, and the Republic of Botswana. 

Ron Baker serves as Jim's Assistant, involved in several projects in the Dominican Republic.  Ron serves as the director of the Hispanic Bible Institute.  Ron has a PHD in Applied Management from Walden University, an MBA from Youngstown State University,  A  BTH from Warner Pacific Collage as well as a Project Management Certificate from Baldwin Wallace College.  (PMP) In addition to being an Electrical Engineer, Ron is an ordained minister of the Church of God. 

Sara Whitfield serves as our African advisor.  Born in the Republic of Botswana, Africa, she is a member of the WMA Board of Directors. A graduate of Arkansas State University, Sara and her family live in Arkansas.

Rachel Kovacs serves as our Grant Writer and Media Specialist. Born in Puerto Rico, she is a member of the WMA Advisory Board.  A graduate of Indiana University, Rachel and her family live in Indianapolis, Indiana.

George Batson serves on our Board of Directors. He works for the US Postal Service and attends the Church of God in New Castle, Indiana.  George has spent time in Germany during his time in the Military Service.

 Mary Nipp serves as our Educational Director. A graduate of Ball State University, Mary has spent her life in a teaching career. She and her husband Jim served as missionaries in Tanzania, Africa, the Republic of Botswana, and have worked in Haiti and Guatemala.

Dr. Luz Gonzales serves as our Latin American advisor.  A graduate of Mid-America Bible College, Luz has spent his life in the Latin American Ministry.  He has traveled and served extensivly throughout Latin America. 

Tsidiso Lekau serves as the National Director for the Church of God of the Republic of Botswana.  Church leaders from Botswana recently attended the Southwest Conference of the Zambia Church of God, (Global Missions)

Ben Chandeler serves as the Western Canadian Church of God representative for the Botswana Church of God ministry with Mark and Amy Hoffman.  Ben is the Team Leader for the Division of Cooperative Outreach in Western Canada.
